On my birthday, our son had the idea of the two of us baking something together every week. During the holiday we had made pies together, but we thought cookies would be good to try now.
At first I didn't have plain flour but I was able to get some mixes (and now I have plain A-P flour too).
This scoop helps get consistently sized cookies. I have the small size, may get the medium one soon!
Our favorite cookie mix so far.
We bake them in the toaster oven.
