1. Blend 1 cube butter and same amount of cream cheese, then add about 2 T brown sugar and blend more.
2. Add 2 eggs and blend
3. Add the Krustez Banana Nut Muffin MIx and blend. Dough will be stiffish.
4. Hand add about 1 cup of Health Toffees - we used knives to cut in small pieces.
5. Use cookie scoop to make cookies with about 1.5 T
6. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 12 minutes. We baked in toaster oven. Had three trays of cookies. Around 3 or 3.5 dozen.
Very nice. Crunch on the outside, but soft in the middle!
