We got a pressure cooker. I made curry quinoa brocoli with it today. It turned out excellent. 1 cup quinoa, 1 head broccoli, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbs olive oil, 1.5 cups water. Cook at high pressure for 1 minute then set aside for ten before opening. Serves two. Takes like 15 minutes overall.
