6 chicken breasts - 3 frozen
2 c salsa
1 T honey - marmalade
1 t cumin
1 t chili powder - hot sauce
1/2 T ketchup
1/2 T mustard
Put chicken in instapot
combine and then add remaining ingredients - make sure there is enough liquid.
Cook on poultry setting
serve over rice or noodles with Salad
4 servings - 250 Calories per serving
