As I'm typing here realize I did not record my zoom exercise sessions or walking sessions or calls with friends.  There was more going on than meals and what I noted here...!

It was very important to me to have phone chats - always done weekly with my friend Penelope.  Before we met at the zoo or Costco for these walks.  Now we each are in our own neighborhood - chatting on the phone while we get in our 10K steps.

Sometimes I'd walk while chatting with other folks - or I'd just be sitting down.

Three times a week I have a zoom exercise session with Jil.  I've been working with her for over a year, so it was easy to switch to zoom.  I have several props to help with the exercise.  I seem to be make good progress and getting stronger.  Wish I had a pair of 15 and 20 pounds weights though.  Can't find any to be delivered online.

I get food from Walmart, CVS, and the local restaurant selling food instead of meals.  I'm also sharing an insta cart account with a neighbor now.  Once a week I submit list to her, she does the ordering.  When it arrives, she pulls out my stuff and walks it down to our front porch.  I pay her now via Venmo.

Our meals and time is very different than it was before.  Guess I'm getting used to it.

I will post May meals at the end of that month.
