Yield: 24 Muffins
21 oz can Apple pie filling
2 tsp Apple pie spice
18 oz box Yellow cake mix
Beat all together with electric mixer on medium-speed.
Divide batter equally between 24 paper-lined cupcake wells.
Bake at 350-F for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool before peeling off paper liners.
