Leftover Lamb Curry
Cousni Note 4-17-21: We are preparing for Rose’s baptism this Saturday. Craig’s mother will fly in from Ft. Lauderdale and his sister and brother-in-law are flying in from LA. So, I sit down to type the recipes and I never finish! Please enjoy these. The lamb recipe is from my favorite butcher. Then I made the leftover lamb into the curry. It was delish!
