Woke late
L - tuna, mayo, pickles we three shared one English muffin and two orange rolls
D - Premade Costco rice bowls with one egg each, strawberries and whipped cream (next time add more veggies and onion to rice bowls)

L ~ noon Oatmeal - shared 2 dates and 2 T walnuts
Started bean with chicken stock and garlic
Walked B ~ 4:30 ABJ
D - chicken panko mustard, artichokes, rice and beans (wl garlic and stock)
T - Portioned one 3 1/4 c Treats for each of us. Supposed to last three days.

L ~2:30 Nutrisystem soup - added diced tomato and bouillon - ~20 soda crackers each!
(B ate at computer working)
D - Dennison Chili - Claire's potatoes in the fryer tray

L- chicken salad 1 can, 2 stocks celery, 1 apple, 2T mayo, 2T chopped almonds
red quinoa with balsamic dressing
biscuits - 1 c self-rising flour, 1 individual yogurt, ~1/4c milk
D- rice, quinoa, beans and canned beans
T - Some refilled

Alex to ATM then 5pm took Buffy to the vet, BJ walked
L- B& A separately had leftover rice and beans
D- lima bean soup & corn bread
Buffy bath, washed all sheets and pillow covers

D- chicken with water chestnuts, carrots, spring onions, lettuce wrap sauce and cashews
